Jim Irsay is not your traditional NFL owner — giving away Super Bowl rings to fans, collecting guitars and rock ‘n’ roll memorabilia, and even discussing the future of his Colts players on Twitter. Irsay’s road to a Super Bowl championship was not an easy one. He dealt not only with his father’s alcoholism but has also battled his own addictions. As the central figure in the Peyton Manning saga, Irsay continues to face tremendous challenges. He speaks candidly to Hannah Storm about his unique interests and the personnel dilemmas he now confronts. Bob Ley hosts.

The Road to NFL Retirement
