SportsNation (weekdays at 4 p.m. ET on ESPN2) was on the road at Southern University as part of ESPN’s week-long Martin Luther King Jr. Day celebration.  During the live telecast, co-host Michelle Beadle and NFL analyst Marcellus Wiley kept the crowd, of more than 100 students, engaged with the “Cheers/Jeers” segment, NFL playoff predictions, and fan questions.   “I was overwhelmed with Southern University’s awesomeness,” said Beadle.  “The energy, the crowd and of course the band blew me away.”

Highlights from the show also include Beadle and Wiley learning how to step from the brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
