Soccer on ESPN Platforms: 12 Live Soccer Matches and 2012 MLS SuperDraft Thursday through Monday
ESPN2, ESPN3 and ESPN Deportes will carry 12 live matches and the 2012 MLS SuperDraft beginning tomorrow, Thursday, Jan. 12, with live presentation of the Draft from Kansas City, Mo., on ESPN2 (12 – 2 p.m. ET) and ESPN3 (12 – 4 p.m.). Highlights:
- MLS: ESPN’s lead MLS commentators – Adrian Healey, Taylor Twellman and Alexi Lalas – will host the four-hour coverage of the MLS SuperDraft from 12 – 4 p.m. ET on ESPN3 and 12 – 2 p.m. on ESPN2, live from the Kansas City Convention Center;
- Spain: ESPN3 and ESPN Deportes’ presentation of Osasuna vs. FC Barcelona on Thursday, Jan. 12, at 3:55 p.m., will headline two Copa del Rey matches and two La Liga fixtures this weekend;
- Italy: ESPN3 will carry one Coppa Italia match and two Serie A matchups;
- Premier League: Fixtures with Manchester United (vs. Bolton) and Manchester City (at Wigan Athletic) will be carried on ESPN3 and ESPN Deportes.
