Amateur Skateboard Competition Series to Qualify Six Winners for X Games Austin 2015
From January to May in 2015, the Boardr Am Series will host six amateur skateboard street competitions at skateparks around the country as a qualifier to the X Games Austin 2015. At each of the six stops, the top skater will win an all-expenses paid trip and an automatic invite to compete at X Games Austin 2015.
The Boardr Am Series will culminate in a one-hour show as part of ABC’s World of X Games programming in the summer of 2015. The show will chronicle the amateur skaters in their journeys to X Games Austin, featuring behind-the-scenes footage from each stop, interviews with the skaters and more.

- Houston, Texas – February 14, 2015
- Tampa Bay, Fla. – February 28, 2015
- Detroit, Mich. – April 4, 2015
- New York, N.Y. – May 2, 2015
