Sixth time GameDay Attends Michigan-Ohio State game

ESPN’s College GameDay Built by The Home Depot – college football’s longest-running and most-celebrated pregame show – will, for the first time, extend to five hours (7 a.m.-noon), this Saturday, Nov. 26, in advance of No. 3 Michigan at No. 2 Ohio State (noon, ABC). Attending the historic matchup for the sixth overall time, the majority of the first four hours will originate from outside Ohio Stadium in front of the Recreation and Physical Activity Center (RPAC) on OSU’s campus, and then finish the telecast from an on-field set in Ohio Stadium.

The six-time Emmy Award-winning show is hosted by Rece Davis, who is joined by analysts Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard and David Pollack, as well as contributors Chris ‘The Bear’ Fallica, Jen Lada, Samantha Ponder, Tom Rinaldi, George Whitfield and Gene Wojciechowski.

Friday’s 10 a.m.-noon SportsCenter will take place from the set with Sara Walsh anchoring. Reporter Jeannine Edwards will be in Columbus starting Wednesday and Michele Steel will report from Ann Arbor.

Corso Facts:
Corso began making his entertaining end-of-show headgear pick of the team he thinks will win the game at the GameDay site, marking 20 years this season. Week 13 will be headgear number 288 for Corso, as he is 190-97 all-time in headgear picks. The phenomenon began on October 5, 1996, prior to the Ohio State-Penn State game in Columbus, Ohio, when he put on OSU’s “Brutus Buckeye” mascot head to show his pick to win the game – watch here.
