The Green Bay Packers host Matthew Stafford and the Detroit Lions in a key NFC North divisional matchup on ESPN’s Monday Night Football. Play-by-play voice Sean McDonough will call his first game from historic Lambeau Field with analyst Jon Gruden – a one-time Packers assistant coach – and sideline reporter Lisa Salters.
MNF will also be streamed live on the ESPN App and presented in Spanish on ESPN Deportes and ESPN2 with commentators Alvaro Martin, Raul Allegre and John Sutcliffe.

Monday Night Countdown (Nov. 6, 6 p.m. ET)
Leading into Lions-Packers, host Suzy Kolber and analysts Matt Hasselbeck, Randy Moss, Charles Woodson and Steve Young will be on Monday Night Countdown from Green Bay’s Lambeau Field, beginning at 6 p.m. The first 75 minutes of the program will originate live from outside the stadium at the Tundra Trio properties to capture the tailgating experience with fans before moving inside the stadium for the second hour. Bristol, Conn.,-based insiders Chris Mortensen, Louis Riddick, Adam Schefter and senior fantasy sports analyst Matthew Berry will contribute, as will the MNF announce team. Highlights:
- Gruden’s Chalk Talk with Brett Hundley: MNF analyst and Super Bowl-winning coach Jon Gruden visits with Packers quarterback Brett Hundley, who has been thrust into the starting role due to Aaron Rodgers’ injury. Hundley participated in Gruden’s QB Camp series on ESPN in 2015, coming out of UCLA.
- Brian Gushue – NFL’s Super Fan: Brian Gushue is a passionate football fan with Cerebral Palsy. In 1977, Gushue set a personal goal to attend 500 NFL games. He was there when Brett Favre threw four touchdowns against the Raiders after his dad died; he was there when Colin Kaepernick set the playoff rushing record for a quarterback against the Packers; and Gushue was there when Malcolm Butler intercepted Russell Wilson to win Super Bowl XLIX. Last Monday night, he was in Kansas City for game No. 499, and this week, Gushue plans to be at Lambeau Field for game No. 500, reports Chris Connelly.
- Samkon Gado: Undrafted rookie Samkon Gado became a feel-good story during Green Bay’s 2005 season, rushing for more than 100 yards in three straight weeks. Despite the instant recognition from his work in the NFL, the Nigerian-born Gado had greater aspirations. When he retired in 2010 following a journeyman career – playing for six teams in as many years, Gado began pursuing a second career in medicine. Countdown’s Michelle Beisner-Buck catches up with Gado, now a resident ear, nose and throat doctor at St. Louis University Hospital in Missouri.
- Boomer’s Vault: Chris Berman looks back at MNF’s Vikings-Packers game at Lambeau Field on Nov. 6, 2000, which featured a circus catch by Packers wide receiver Antonio Freeman in overtime for a 26-20 home victory for Green Bay.
